Wuxi Lanjiang Technology Co., Ltd. was established in March 2012. The founder of the company has 25 years of work experience in American funded enterprises in the sheet metal industry, mainly exporting semiconductor equipment  sheet metal components to the United States.

At first, the company was named Wuxi Trump Machinery Equipment Trading Co., Ltd. The company mainly engaged in sheet metal processing equipment and related software. During this period, customers requested sheet metal processing services, and the company was renamed Wuxi Lingfeng Sheet Metal Co., Ltd. In March 2013, a production line was established in Wuxi Shuofang to provide sheet metal processing services to customers in the East China . The company relocated to Luoshe Town, Huishan District in November 2019 and was renamed Wuxi Lanjiang Technology Co., Ltd.
